Refund & cancellation (summary)
Monthly storage fees are non-refundable once the billing period starts (no pro-rata partial months). Prepaid download packs are non-refundable once credited or used.
Cancel anytime with Request account closure below (stops the next payment; download your files before your paid period ends), or by not making further payments.
Refunds for duplicate charges, billing errors, or extended service outages (>72h) — contact us within 14 days with your payment reference.
For card or EFT payments, contact us before opening a chargeback. Full policy: Terms §8–9.

Keys are shown once. Store them safely. Use Authorization: Bearer <token>.
Close account
Requesting closure cancels future billing only (including automatic billing).
You keep access until your current paid until date so you can download your files from Cachehub.
After that period ends, we remove the account and stored data. This is not an instant delete.
